This Agreement is a binding, contractual agreement between You/Client and Savannah Informatics (as defined below). This Agreement applies solely to Your/Client’s access to and use of Be.Well (as defined below).BY ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, (1) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, (2) YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND (3) YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, PERSONALLY OR IF YOU HAVE NAMED A COMPANY/ORGANIZATION, ON BEHALF OF THAT COMPANY/ORGANIZATION (YOU OR ANY SUCH COMPANY, THE “CLIENT”), AND TO BIND THE CLIENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT OR ACCESS THE BE.WELL SERVICES
This privacy policy ("the Policy") describes how Savannah Informatics Ltd. ("SIL," "we," "us," "our"), and affiliated companies may collect, use, and share information about you that we obtain through healthcloud.co.ke, slade360.co.ke, and other applications or websites published by Savannah Informatics Limited.
SIL is a provider of network-enabled services for medical service providers and insurers across Kenya.

regulations. Wherever your information may be held by SIL or on its behalf, SIL
takes reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical
security safeguards to protect the information that you share with us from loss,
theft, misuse and unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, and disclosure.
In addition, SIL and its service providers enter into agreements that require
that care and precautions be taken to prevent loss, misuse, or disclosure of
your information. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely
secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you.
Notwithstanding the above, we may use information that does not identify you
(including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) for any
purpose except as prohibited by applicable law.
